About us
Brack Burger started in a pub kitchen, with not much to lose and everything to prove.
In 2020, when hospitality was turned on its head, brothers Joe and Ollie Brack decided to make the most of what they had. Using the kitchen at their family pub while doors were closed, they began serving simple, honest burgers as a takeaway. No big plan, no grand launch, just properly made food for local people who needed a bit of comfort at the time.
What followed surprised us all.
The burger brand took off, word spread quickly, and what began as a lockdown side project started to feel like something bigger. With Ollie focused on pushing out amazing food food and Joe on the marketing and business side, we leaned into what was working: quality ingredients, bold flavours and fast paced casual dining.
As restrictions lifted, Brack Burger moved out of the pub kitchen and into new homes across the North East. From local neighbourhood spots to busy food halls. Each new opening came with the same mindset as day one: keep quality consistent, look after our customers, and stay true to the food that got us here.
Today, Brack Burger operates multiple sites across the region, but we’re still hands-on, still learning, and still driven by the same goal; to serve fast food we are genuinely proud of.
We’re grateful for every queue, every repeat visit, and everyone who’s backed us along the way. This is just the start, and we love seeing where it journey can go next.
